In this role, you will:

• Place outbound sales calls from internet-generated leads
• Have a virtual appointment via Zoom to identify a prospective client’s needs and long-term goals
• Offer life insurance policy recommendations that fit with their budget and needs
• Complete an easy online life insurance application to complete the sale
• Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve your sales and productivity objectives
• Have the freedom and flexibility to set and manage your own hours; no quotas, no pressure
• Have access to ongoing training and real-time support

Experience:

• No experience in insurance is required; previous sales experience is a plus
• This is a licensed position that will require a life insurance license in your state (We will help you get one if you do not have it already)

Pay Details:

• Uncapped earnings potential: average for entry-level part-time representatives is $41,000 – $62,000
